Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They will send it when it’s suppose to be time 12 to 20 days I just didn’t have the tracking number

Vape under warranty, but they would not respond to my emails

My vape was under the ninety day warranty when it stopped charging. I have been contacting the store email. They had me send a video after about a week of no reply. I want a refund or a replacement send ASAP please.

User's recommendation: Do not buy the Luce XR Max. It died at three months old. The customer service was ridiculous to try to deal with. They avoid the emails until after the ninety day warranty, then say they won't send a replacement.

I ordered a XROS 3 Mini and it came out of my card and it got cancelled somehow. But this is actually my second order. I use to have a XROS MINI 3 in black that I bought from the beach and had it since July n a lil less the a month ago it died n stopped working. I LOVE THE PRODUCT! I just really want a vape the XROS MINI. Im about to try and order another one. If yall could jus let me buy one and or jus refund my money and still let my get it. I mean either way I jus want one

I purchased a Gen 80s mod kit about 3 months ago, I fell in love with it. It was just the right size.

After about 30 days, it stopped working. No matter how you pressed the button it wouldn't fire. So I purchased another one. I had it about 15 days and it started doing the same thing.

I can't buy one of these every month. I took it back to the store I purchased it from and the storeowner was nice enough to exchange it after he checked it out and made sure I had not abused it. Now, about 30 days later, the one he replaced it with is falling apart. the screws have come out of the top of it and the tank just flops around on it.

I want my money back for the two that I purchased. This mod would be wonderful if it worked.

I need a small mod like that to carry with me when I leave home but these are so poorly made. I am very unhappy with these mods.
